Dasar Pemulangan & Bayaran Balik

Returns & Refund Policy

Kami komited memastikan setiap pesanan sampai kepada pelanggan dalam keadaan baik. Polisi ini menerangkan syarat pemulangan, pertukaran, pembatalan dan bayaran balik untuk produk fizikal serta produk digital.

We are committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers in good condition. This policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds for physical and digital products.

1. Pemulangan Produk / Product Returns

Sekiranya anda menerima produk yang rosak, cacat atau tersalah hantar, anda boleh membuat permohonan pemulangan dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh penerimaan pesanan.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product, you may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Cara Memohon / How to Request a Return

  • Nombor pesanan / Order number
  • Nama penuh / Full name
  • Nombor telefon / Phone number
  • Keterangan masalah / Description of the issue
  • Gambar produk yang jelas, jika berkaitan / Clear product photos, where relevant

Sila hubungi kami terlebih dahulu sebelum menghantar produk kembali.

4. Polisi Penggantian / Replacement Policy

Setelah permohonan pemulangan diluluskan:

  • Produk perlu dipulangkan lengkap bersama pembungkusan asal.
  • Kos penghantaran pulangan ditanggung oleh pelanggan kecuali kesilapan berpunca daripada pihak kami.
  • Produk gantian biasanya akan dihantar dalam tempoh 10–15 hari bekerja selepas produk yang dipulangkan diterima.

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product must be returned complete with its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was caused by us.
  • Replacement products are usually dispatched within 10–15 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Pembatalan & Bayaran Balik
Cancellations & Refunds

Anda boleh membuat permohonan pembatalan sehingga pesanan dipenuhi (fulfilled). Permohonan tidak terhad kepada 24 jam selepas pembayaran. Sila hubungi kami secepat mungkin dengan nombor pesanan anda.

You may request cancellation until your order is fulfilled. Requests are not limited to 24 hours after payment. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Caj transaksi yang dikenakan oleh penyedia pembayaran adalah tidak boleh dikembalikan.

Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

Setelah pesanan dihantar, bayaran balik tidak dibenarkan kecuali dalam keadaan tertentu yang dipersetujui oleh pihak kami, termasuk permohonan berkaitan produk rosak, cacat atau tersalah hantar seperti diterangkan dalam polisi ini.

Once an order has been shipped, refunds are not permitted except in circumstances agreed by us, including requests relating to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products as described in this policy.

6. Produk Promosi / Promotional Products

Produk yang dibeli semasa promosi, diskaun atau jualan penghabisan stok tidak layak untuk bayaran balik, kecuali jika produk tersebut rosak atau tersalah hantar.

Products purchased during promotions, discounts or clearance sales are not eligible for refunds, unless they are damaged or incorrectly supplied.

7. Pertukaran Produk / Product Exchanges

Kami hanya menggantikan produk yang rosak, cacat atau tersalah hantar. Sila hubungi kami terlebih dahulu sebelum menghantar sebarang produk kembali.

We only replace products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us before sending any product back.

8. Kos Penghantaran / Shipping Costs

Pelanggan bertanggungjawab ke atas kos penghantaran pulangan kecuali pemulangan dibuat disebabkan kesilapan pihak kami. Kos penghantaran adalah tidak boleh dikembalikan.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Untuk produk bernilai melebihi RM100, kami mengesyorkan penggunaan perkhidmatan kurier yang boleh dijejaki.

For products valued above RM100, we recommend using a tracked courier service.

9. Bayaran Balik Lewat / Delayed Refunds

Jika bayaran balik belum diterima, sila:

  1. Semak semula akaun bank anda.
  2. Hubungi penyedia kad kredit atau bank anda.
  3. Berikan sedikit masa kerana proses bayaran balik mungkin mengambil masa mengikut institusi kewangan.

If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank.
  3. Allow time for processing, as refund processing times vary between financial institutions.

10. Produk Digital & Penilaian Online
Digital Products & Online Assessments

Produk digital, kandungan boleh muat turun, penilaian online dan laporan elektronik adalah tidak boleh dikembalikan setelah akses diberikan atau laporan diproses.

Digital products, downloadable content, online assessments and electronic reports are non-refundable once access has been provided or the report has been processed.
